• Sales/Engineer Trainee
		Royal Electric Supply Company is seeking an engineer who wishes to be trained in electrical distribution equipment sales. Our territory is the Delaware Valley (NJ-Mercer County and South, Philadelphia and its four surrounding counties, and the northern counties of Delaware). We will provide hands-on experiences to teach the technical and sales skill sets that are necessary to be successful in electrical distribution equipment sales.
		Royal Electric focuses on three separate business markets. The first is Industrial MRO business. We work with the maintenance staff, purchasing agent, and in-house engineers of industrial businesses.
		The second market is OEM business. Our goal here is to partner with the customer's engineering group, to help them select electrical equipment and consumables that will enhance their product.
		The third market is Electrical Contractor sales. This entails being able create switchgear and related take-offs, as well as being able to assist our customers in selecting Electrical Code-appropriate materials.
		The types of equipment we sell are plc's, motors, drives, motor control, sensors, switch gear, and any other electrical equipment or consumable that would start from the switch gear through the machine.
		The applicant should be well-spoken and enjoy interacting with people.
